Deconstructed Red Yeast Chicken With Mee Sua

Fixings:
Chicken: 1 entire, hacked into parts
Red yeast glue: 6 tbsp
White sesame oil: 2 tsp + 4 tbsp
Light soy sauce: 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp
Ginger: 6 cuts
Rice wine: 1 cup
Water: 1 liter
Salt: 2 tsp
Mee Sua (rice vermicelli): 400g
Chye Sim (vegetable): 200g, cut into 5-cm lengths
Chinese parsley: 1 tail, hacked

Guidance

Blend chicken in with red yeast glue, 2 tsp sesame oil and 2 tbsp light soy sauce.
Pass on for the time being in refrigerator to marinate.Kailan-cah-daging-sapi.
Heat 4 tbsp sesame oil in wok.
Add ginger. Pan sear till fragrant.
Add marinated chicken and remaining sauce. Fry till marginally cooked.
Add rice wine. Cover wok with top to stew for 10 min.Tthe-challenge-of-indigo-children.
Add water, salt and 2 tbsp light soy sauce.
In a different pot, heat water to the point of boiling.
Add mee sua and chye sim. Cook for 1 min.
Channel away water. Serve mee sua and chye sim in 4 separate dishes.
Pour equivalent measures of chicken and soup into 4 dishes.
Decorate with parsley to serve. Cool. Appreciate it!Baked-blackberry-oatmeal.
